Great work so far. If you need help testing it I’m more than happy to report things. Currently the main issue I’m having is closing it and then reopening it in Vista loads an \Argos.exe\ has stopped working. Logging off and on and then restarting it works fine so it must be closing badly or something. Have you got anywhere I can report any more bugs?

This is awesome… I ran it and its sooo smoooth. I’ll try to rally some more support to help you with the project, let me know if you have any ideas. Also If time allows I’ll try and compile this week see if I can throw any ideas/code at it… really inspiring project.

Really nicely done. Would have loved to help on this one, but I ended out doing my own XNA-based one. No editor on mine yet, though (layout is in XML). Here are a couple renditions:

I’m checking out Argos. I use Mac OS X Leopard and I’m creating XCode projects to compile everything.
This project looks really good and apparently is exactly what i’m looking for.

Hey Steve,

I do remember Seth sending me that video. Very cool! We’ll have to stay in touch… The src you can checkout now doesn’t include the main Argos code or the VS2008 project, but that should be coming rather quickly. I’ll probably make a quick post about it in the next few days.

Very cool project. Seth Sandler turned me on to this. Just grabbed the source and will be checking this out. I’ve assembled a multi-touch MIDI controller in Flash & Max/MSP, with the UI stored in XML. Video here:

Would love to contribute. I’ve been getting heavy into OFX lately so shouldn’t have to much trouble porting over the prototyping work I’ve already done in Flash/Max.
